We're proud to announce that our partners at Healthy Steps Nutrition has been names the Top Habit-Based Coaching Program of 2025 by Healthcare Business Review.
This recognition honors the coaches, clients, and healthcare partners who are proving every day that chronic disease doesn't have to be the norm and that health can be simple, sustainable, and empowering.
While we’re honored to be recognized as the Top Habit-Based Nutrition Coaching Program of 2025, what truly matters is what’s behind the award—
a proven framework, a clear philosophy, and a powerful mission that’s helping real people transform their health one habit at a time.
This recognition reflects the life-changing impact our clients, coaches, and community are making every day in the fight to prevent and reverse chronic disease.
But more importantly, it confirms what we’ve known since the beginning:
Health doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. With the right support, it can feel empowering.
At CrossFit Indiana in Indiana, PA, we’re helping people do exactly that—take control of their health, one simple step at a time.
When Healthy Steps Nutrition started over a decade ago, it began with one question:
“What if we could make nutrition and lifestyle change simple—and support people through a clear, sustainable path to better health?”
At Healthy Steps Nutrition, we believe in a better future:
✨ One where chronic disease isn’t the norm
✨ One where people feel empowered, not overwhelmed
✨ One where health feels simple, doable, and sustainable
That’s why everything we do centers around one clear goal:
Helping people take control of their health, one step at a time, by supporting clients and equipping coaches with habit-based, holistic coaching for lasting change.
We knew that lasting change doesn’t come from restriction or quick fixes, it comes from habits, consistency, and the right support.
From one small office in South Florida, we began helping clients feel better, get off medications, lose weight sustainably, and improve their energy, sleep, and confidence.
Word spread. Coaches and gym owners began asking for our framework. And the mission grew.
Today, Healthy Steps Nutrition has grown into a global movement but their home base remains in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
They've now trained over 5,000 coaches and gym owners in our habit-based nutrition coaching framework, equipping them with the tools and systems to support their communities through education, accountability, and lasting behavior change.
Together, we’ve helped more than 50,000 people around the world take control of their health, improving energy, losing weight, reversing chronic conditions, and building sustainable habits that stick for life.
And while our reach is global, every success story starts the same way:
📍 With one person deciding to take the first step.
Over the past decade, Healthy Steps Nutrition has trained more than 5,000 coaches and gym owners worldwide through our Nutrition Coach Certification & Mentoring Program.
We have three killer coaches at CrossFit Indiana ready to help you create a simple plan for success!
🎯 This isn’t a fad or a one-size-fits-all plan.
It’s a sustainable system that:
Being named the Top Habit-Based Coaching Program of 2025 is a milestone, but we’re just getting started.
At Healthy Steps Nutrition, we’re committed to scaling impact, expanding access, and creating new ways for clients and communities to thrive.
Launched in March 2025, the Global Health Project is a collaborative initiative designed to help gym owners and health coaches connect with local healthcare providers.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between clinical interventions and lifestyle-based solutions, so patients get the ongoing support they need in five key areas:
✅ Nutrition
✅ Movement
✅ Mindset & Stress Management
✅ Sleep & Recovery
✅ Community & Accountability
Whether you are a healthcare provider or gym owner, this is the future of health.
