Middle School Athletic Development (Ages 9-13)
Crossfit indiana Youth builds more than athletes—we develop strong, capable, and resilient young humans.
These 45-minute classes combine strength, speed, conditioning, mindset training as well as lessons on healthy habits including sleep, stress, hydration, nutrition, etc.—giving kids and teens the tools they need to thrive both in sport and in life.
Each class develops all four pillars of athletic performance: Movement • Strength • Energy System Development • Durability
What We Train:
Movement & Coordination – Line drills, reaction races, and agility work to sharpen mechanics and footwork
Strength – Foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and accessory work to build total-body strength and control
Conditioning – Intervals, circuits, sleds, and game-style finishers to improve speed, power, and endurance
Durability – Bodyweight strength, core development, and proper recovery to help athletes stay healthy and consistent
Fun and Engaging Workouts
Our youth sessions are crafted to be both fun and educational. We incorporate a variety of exercises that improve agility, balance, and overall fitness while ensuring that each workout is enjoyable. From obstacle courses to team-based activities, kids will have a blast while staying active.
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
5-7 minutes – Line drills, warm-ups, and reaction relay races.
10 minutes – Skill Development. Movement specific training.
15-20 minutes – Strength training + accessory work + core
