WE’RE LAUNCHING!!!

CrossFit Pre-Teens // Ages 9-12

This weekly class is build specifically for your tweens! Students ages 9-12 are invited to join us once a week for our CrossFit class specifically designed for them. We’ll be working on strength, agility, coordination, speed, accuracy, mobility and team work, while also talking about healthy habits and eating well. Ultimately, we’re building a group of young adults that are ready to level up their training for sport of for life, but our ultimate goal is to learn that fitness is fun!

Join our recurring 4-week membership, or drop in one week at a time.

Reservation is required for all classes.
