CrossFit Indiana Weekly Wrap-Up

As we head into 2026, we want to take a moment to reflect on where we’ve been — and share where we’re going.

This past year has been about reinvestment, refinement, and raising the standard at CrossFit Indiana. Everything we do is centered around one goal: creating the best possible coaching, community, and long-term health experience for you.

What We’ve Built Over the Past Year

Over the last 12 months, we’ve made several meaningful upgrades to improve your day-to-day experience:

  • Installed our new Big Ass Fan to make training more comfortable year-round
  • Branded and launched the CrossFit Indiana App
  • Launched and published the CrossFit Indiana Podcast
  • Brought on two certified Healthy Steps Nutrition coaches
  • Launched an Employee Wellness Program to support local businesses
  • Began offering 24/7 individual health coaching
  • Reinvested into business mentorship and coaching mentorship
  • Continued staff development through Healthy Steps Nutrition and Best Hour of Their Day

These investments aren’t accidental — they’re part of a long-term plan to deliver better coaching, better systems, and better outcomes.

What’s Coming Next

We’re also actively preparing for several exciting initiatives:

  • Abilities in Motion programming
  • An expanded class schedule
  • Potential 24/7 facility access
  • Advanced credentials in hormone health and family nutrition coaching
  • New CrossFit Indiana gear
  • Clinics, seminars, and workshops for additional training opportunities
  • Onboarding additional CrossFit coaches to broaden coaching styles and skill sets available to you

Paid-In-Full (PIF) Options for 2026

For members committed to long-term health, we’re offering once-a-year Paid-In-Full discounts:

  • 10% off a 6-month commitment
  • 12% off a 12-month commitment

You’ll also lock in your current 2025 rate for 6 or 12 months.

Details:

  • Available internally until January 11, 2026
  • Opens to the public January 12–18
  • Limited to 10 total spots
  • PIF discounts do not auto-renew
  • After completion, memberships roll into a standard 52-week agreement

HSA/FSA Eligibility

Your gym membership and nutrition coaching may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

We’ve partnered with TrueMed to simplify the process:

  • Apply for approval
  • Submit receipts once per year
  • Get reimbursed

Many members save around 30% on their membership.

Flexible Billing Options

In 2026, you’ll be able to choose:

  • Monthly billing
  • Biweekly split payments

ACH Payments (Supporting the Gym)

Credit card processing fees cost the gym over $600/month.

Switching to ACH helps us reinvest directly back into:

  • Equipment
  • Coaching development
  • Member experience

How to switch:
App → Settings → Payments → Add Bank Account

Referral Program Upgrade

In February 2026:

  • Give $60, Get $60 for every referral
  • Refer 10 people → earn a free year of unlimited membership

Requirement:

  • 15+ class check-ins per month
