Leah Lyons

Leah is the proud wife of C.J., and the mother of Matthew and Elliot. When not at the gym or hanging with her family she is an English and drama teacher and director of the plays and musicals at Indiana Area Senior High School. You will find Leah in the office, roaming the gym shooting promotional footage, or out on the floor cheering on the athletes. She may not be a CrossFitter but she is a strong supporter of the CrossFit Indiana team and the community that CrossFit creates.
